Return Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just ship it back to us in the same condition you received it, with tags attached, within 60 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refunds or exchanges. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip).


Return Exceptions: IslandHaze will only accept returns that have Not Been Worn and with the Original Tags Attached.


How can I return my online purchase?


Ship your return item(s) to the address listed below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure your return item(s) are trackable to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for any return item(s) that do not have a tracking number and are lost in transit.

How long will it take to process my return?

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after it has been inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original method of payment.


Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after your returned package has been received by us.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after your package has been received by us. Exchange item(s) will ship via the same shipping method as your original order. If the item requested is no longer available, a refund will automatically be processed.

* Please note that a refund or exchange will not be given to any items not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons that is not due to our error. Or any item(s) that is returned more than 60 days after its purchase date.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet and it's been over 14 business days since we first received your returned item(s), please contact your financial institution first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If your financial institution has no record of any pending refunds or credits, please contact us at returns@islandhazestore.com.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
